WELCOME TO HEALTHFITUMB 

Healthfitumb will be a blog that is geared towards a healthy and fit lifestyle. It will be divided into three main things: exercise, healthy diet, and motivation/advices. For the exercise portion, we look to provide effective and efficient workout routines and demonstration on how to properly do the workout. This can range from cardio to weightlifting depending on the customer’s needs. We will be adding video guides for different workouts along with workout routines based on different needs. For the healthy diet portion, we will focus on nutritious and healthy foods geared towards a fit body. We will inform people and breakdown foods and explain why you should eat certain things. Examples of this would be adding food that has high protein or high vitamins.  Most people say that getting fit is 80% diet, 20% exercise.  Lastly it will be all tied up with motivational advice and just general help to push people towards their goal, whether that be lose weight and get in shape or building muscle. None of this fitness lifestyle can work without having the right mindset and motivation to actually follow through.
