Bigger Shoulders = Bigger Appearance?
I get asked a lot about what is my favorite muscle group to train and my response is shoulders. About the senior year of high school was when I took bodybuilding serious but one muscle group that was neglected the most was shoulders. Yes my back was wide, chest was thick, and legs are good size. One thing that I could not develop was, again, my shoulders. I was doing the same amount of exercise but my heart was not in it because the lack of results. Therefore the vision I had in my head was not how I pictured it in reality. I started asking around, competitors and trainers, on how to see size. It turns out shoulders is the WEAKEST muscle group in your body. Lifting groceries, labor work, or household chores requires shoulder movement. If not property used, it could result an injury.
