One of the biggest discussions when people work out is whether they should have a protein supplement or prepare a healthy meal. Both are useful and will help you reach your goals, it’s when you eat/drink them what makes the difference.               Before we begin posting material on ways to change your body through exercise and healthy meal options, we thought it would be important to first discuss WHY we endorse this lifestyle. Often times, the main reason people are not successful when trying to make a lifestyle change towards being fit and healthy is because they are setting the wrong goals. Most of the newcomers to the gym are there because they want to have a sculpted 8 pack or round butt like the fitness models they see on social media.
