Leg Curl Machines Is Dangerous?

Legs are the strongest muscle in the body and also the biggest. When it comes to doing legs, some people advice are split: Some say you should do them twice a week while some advocate doing it once a week. Growing legs are tough just like any other muscles, you need to work out religiously in order of them to grow. In today's blog, I will talk about how you should attempt doing leg curls, is it bad for your knees and how many sets you should be doing. When doing an exercise on the leg curl machines, make sure the positioning on your knees is right. You want to make sure the resting pad is above 90% and your knees straight as you squeeze at the top. DO NOT  attempt to go extremely heavy cause the joints in your knees will deteriorate later on. You want to make sure that it is just right enough to do a minimum of 15 reps. The point of this exercise is to shape the teardrop on your quads. WORKING OUT OUTSIDE

Now that we are finally having good weather we should use this opportunity to go outside and work out. Working out outside helps you not only physically but mentally, it is good to try new things and working out outdoors will make you hit muscles you’d never reach on your regular routine at the gym. Here are two different types of workouts you could do while being outside: ·       Hill-sprint workout: it would simulate your runs on a treadmill but instead of letting a machine figure out your pace you would be responsible on how much effort you put on your sprints. ·       Sand-sprint session: this could be one of the best exercises to improve your sprints since you are running on a surface where your body is not used to and it’s not flat .
