Wearing Couple Layouts While Working Out?

Image
Often we find ourselves asking, "should we wear a hoodie while working out?" or "should I wear two layers to get my sweat going on?" Sweating is what gives us satisfaction, it tells our body that we are burning fat. HOWEVER this is not necessary true depending on what you are trying to achieve. Bodies are  80%  water and need water to stay hydrated throughout the day. Our bodies can sustained without food for three weeks  according to an article on Business Insider by Peter Janiszewski's " The Science of Starvation: How long can humans survive without food or water? I highly recommend NOT to adapt this method often as you will lose muscle mass if that is what you are achieving.

I have done CrossFit before and I can guarantee that it is the best workout program out the...
