GYM or SPORTS?
How many times have you asked yourself what is the best
solution to lose weight? Gym or outside activities? There is not a specific
answer to this question since everyone has different preferences and
objectives for their ideal body.
Gym exercises could be more focused on losing weight and
building muscle on specific areas of your body. There are different types of bodies
at the gym: the bodybuilders, the athletes, those who try to lose weight, etc. What
the gym offers them is a variety of exercises for each one of them who have
different goals at the end of their session. The bodybuilder would lift more
weight, the athlete would prefer a mix of cardio and weights and the person
whose focus is to lose weight would rather run than lift heavy weights.
Sports or outside activities can be more entertaining and
fun for many people. There is nothing like going on a run in the middle of a
sunny day, play soccer in the park or play a tennis game with your friends. Outside
activities are highly recommended by doctors because it helps you lose weight
at the same time you are enjoying the environment you are working at.
Working out at the gym could sometimes be boring because
there is no connection between each other since it’s a more individual workout
where everyone goes to do his daily routine and as soon as they finish it they
leave.
For people that work in their offices the entire day going
on a run is more than cardio, it is a way to restore their mental fatigue and
re-energize them for the rest of the day. In my case, soccer is what I like to play.
It is a good way of working out while you are having fun with your friends.
