WORKING OUT OUTSIDE
Now that we are finally having good weather we should use this opportunity to go outside and work out. Working out outside helps you not only physically but mentally, it is good to try new things and working out outdoors will make you hit muscles you’d never reach on your regular routine at the gym.
Here are two different types of workouts you could do while being outside:
· Hill-sprint workout: it would simulate your runs on a treadmill but instead of letting a machine figure out your pace you would be responsible on how much effort you put on your sprints.
· Sand-sprint session: this could be one of the best exercises to improve your sprints since you are running on a surface where your body is not used to and it’s not flat.
