Why Incorporate Cardio In Your Workout

Growing up I always admire physiques of bodybuilders and model, thinking 100 sit-ups everyday would suffice. One example of an idol that I looked up to when I was young was Arnold Schwarzenegger. He had that physique where it was unparalleled to the bodybuilder world. All of his previous clips were him working at the gym and dieting all the time. I cannot help but to wonder where did he incorporate his cardio activity.

Cardio is any movement that will get your heart rate pumping, which therefore burns calories. The body fat of every human has 1200 calories equaling to one pound. If we neglect cardio, those calories will turn into fat which may lead to insecurity overall. My analog is burning calories is just like a car: it keeps us moving within the day. Here are two reasons why you should incorporate cardio

The benefits of doing cardio is huge, it can change the way your body appears. Benefits of doing cardio is: losing weight, reducing stress, sleeping better, and building a stronger heart. All these benefits are crucial to our body, it is essential to our everyday lives. One of the questions I get asked a lot is, "What is fasted cardio?" I do not recommend women do be doing fasted cardio as it can alternate their growth hormone. "Fasted cardio" is doing cardio activity first thing in the morning where your body has now eaten after your sleep. By incorporating this, your body will have no choice but to BURN 25% more fat.

Everyone has encounter a time where our bodies were sitting all day, like having an office job. When you take a break, your body is sore and aching due to inactivity. Something small just as talking a walk, or simply just being active is crucial to your body.

Overall, any athletes or bodybuilders should consider cardio. There upside is tremendous as you will look feeling better about your body overall. It does not have to be every day but if you want to achieve the physique, you must incorporate cardio.
