CROSSFIT
We have all heard about this new workout called CrossFit, where you are pushed to the limit while working your entire body at high intensity. This high-intensity workout is the closest to what military special operations units, elite athletes, and martial artists do to get in shape. What makes CrossFit different from other programs is the intensity at which you are doing your workout and the variety of exercises CrossFit offers you.
CrossFit has been criticized by a large number of athletes because it takes your body to its limit due to their intensity, but at the end, you reach your goal, which could be:
- Build muscle
- Burn fat
- Strengthen your heart
The variety of workouts gives you the opportunity to choose your workout of the day. CrossFit offers so many activities of cardio and lifting that you would never repeat the same exercise in a week even if you work out 7 days.
I have done CrossFit before and I can guarantee that it is the best workout program out there. Working out for 30 minutes at that intensity its equivalent to 1 hour at the gym doing cardio and lifting.
