Legs are the strongest muscle in the body and also the biggest. When it comes to doing legs, some people advice are split: Some say you should do them twice a week while some advocate doing it once a week. Growing legs are tough just like any other muscles, you need to work out religiously in order of them to grow. In today's blog, I will talk about how you should attempt doing leg curls, is it bad for your knees and how many sets you should be doing. When doing an exercise on the leg curl machines, make sure the positioning on your knees is right. You want to make sure the resting pad is above 90% and your knees straight as you squeeze at the top. DO NOT  attempt to go extremely heavy cause the joints in your knees will deteriorate later on.
