CROSSFIT 2.0
In the previous blog about CrossFit, we talked a little bit about the introduction of this new workout and the benefits that it creates to our body. On this post I want to talk about some type of workouts and which ones we should start with.
The most important part of these workouts are the warm ups, these are not regular warm ups where all you do is stretch, on these ones you will do some exercises but at a slower pace, so your body gets used to the following exercises on the workout.
One of the easiest exercises that you could do anywhere are box jumps. All you need is a box or bench kind of high, and the exercise will consist on jumping from the ground level with both feet at the same time and land on the box. The pace and technique on this exercise is important for better benefits.
Rowing ergometer is another exercise that professional CrossFit athletes used to get in shape and do cardio while working their abs and arms. It seems easy but the technique is also important to not get injured, your back must be straight the whole time in order to use your arms while rowing.
