One of the most common questions people ask personal trainers is how to lose that body fat that even with cardio or hours at the gym seems impossible to lose it. The first mistake people would do is to work out more hours than what their body can actually do, pushing them to their limits and sometimes this cause health problem instead of helping them. 
When you work out you have to be smart and know your body. Not all of us can lift the same weight or run at the same pace, therefore, control your patience and set a goal in the long run rather than in the short run because this usually never works. 
The importance of eating healthy and having a diet is commonly forgotten. Personal trainers recommend you eat more when you are working out on a regular basis and this is when the diet gains his importance. Eating less does not mean you will lose weight.
