Taking Pre-Workout? It's A Staple

Ever get tired and lethargic after a long day? You want to workout but your body isn't cooperating? Don't worry, it's part of our daily lives. One thing for certain is taking pre-workout does wonder during your workout sessions. The debate here is are we better off taking food intakes such as black coffee or something small than drinking ingredients we don't know? Here is my intake

Over ten years of experiences, I have not encountered anything hazardous nor was any harm done to my body. However I did try the method of eating something small or drinking black coffee before working out. My results were my body was NOT cooperating with the food intakes. It made my body feel abnormal. Overall it was a weird experience. I grew up around athletes and bodybuilders who have taken pre-workout for years. I would say it's a staple in my active life. My body did not have any allergic reactions as well. 

There are over thousands of brand that has pre-workouts but to me, they all share the same results: providing a huge amount of energy throughout your workout. Pre-workout doesn't change your growth hormone for men, though I would do more research for a female. I highly recommend anyone who is an athlete or bodybuilders to take pre-workouts. If you are nervous about taking it, black coffee would do the trick as well. Happy lifting folks!
